Barangay 165, Malibay, Pasay City March 20, 2009 President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo inspected Pasay City’s Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) as part of her continuing monitoring of local government units’ compliance with Republic Act 9003 or Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000. The President was briefed on the actual operations of the city’s solid waste program, waste water program, waste segregation and processing of waste into fertilizer.
